Job Title : Branch Sales Manager

Description : 1. Responsible for achievement of sales targets – Volume & Value( primary and secondary, mix & collections). Assist the BM in setting of these targets and ensure deployment of the targets to the field force. 2. Maximise return from the territory by rationalising coverage by the field force. Periodically review of PJP’s to determine the most cost effective route plans for the individuals. 3. Ensure effective management of all territories through field force and their adherence to sales processes & discipline (PJP, DSR etc.). 4.
