The program is designed to groom & develop young leaders by giving them exposure to all critical functions in the business that prepares them for future leadership roles. A robust one year onboarding program has been put in place which is a beautiful amalgamation of - on the job learning, coaching & mentoring and classroom training, in an accelerated learning environment.
All young leaders receive a unique opportunity of working directly with the senior leadership team through live projects. The program is designed to build general management competencies in the young leaders.
The program is not limited to one year. An extended career path framework has been charted out for all young leaders and high performers receive accelerated roles ahead of time.
