Ingredients

  • 100 gms roasted suji
  • 100 gms sweet corn kernels
  • 60 gms chopped onions
  • 50 gms chopped carrots
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 12 tsp red chilli powder
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 3 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe glass bowl
  • Add ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli chopped, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, onions
  • Rotate and set the temperature with time knob
  • Add vegetables, roasted suji, water then mix well and cling wrap the bowl
  • Rotate and set the temperature with time knob
  • Remove the cling wrap
  • Stir in between the set time
  • Serve hot
