Ingredients

  • 30 gms ghee
  • 1 dried whole red chilli
  • Hand full of curry leaves
  • 10 gms cashew nut
  • 10 gms roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 80 gms roasted vermicelli
  • 15 gms diced capsicum
  • 15 gms sweet corn kernels
  • 15 gms green peas
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 200 ml water
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe bowl
  • Add ghee, whole dried red chilli, curry leaves, cashew nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds to the bowl
  • Microwave these ingredients for 1 minute (max)
  • Take out the bowl and add to it all the vegetables, masala, vermicelli and water
  • Cling wrap the same and microwave for 6 minutes (max)
  • Take out the bowl, remove the cling wrap, and mix all the ingredients well
  • Serve hot with freshly chopped coriander
