Ingredients

  • 150 gms sole fish
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp spring onion
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp celery
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon (juice)
  • 1 pinch pepper powder
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 10 gms julienne red bell pepper
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe glass bowl
  • Add soya sauce, sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce, lemon juice, spring onion, coriander leaves, salt to taste and pepper powder
  • Marinate 150 gms sole fish in the sauce mixture
  • Add julienne red bell pepper with celery
  • Seal with cling wrap
  • Microwave for 3 mins at maximum temperature
  • Garnish it with chopped spring onion and a lemon slice
