Ingredients

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 500 gms cheddar cheese grated
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe glass bowl
  • Add pasta along with water, salt, pepper. Seal with cling wrap and make holes on the top
  • Microwave for 10 minutes on maximum temperature
  • Carefully remove the cling wrap
  • Add grated cheddar cheese and milk
  • Microwave for another one minute
  • Serve hot with parsley leaves
