Ingredients

  • 15 gms green thai curry paste
  • 1 stalk lemongrass chopped
  • 150 gms prawns
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 8-10 basil leaves
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 30 gms carrot dices
  • 30 gms mushroom dices
  • 30 gms broccoli florets
  • 30 gms cauliflower
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 kaffir lime
  • 200 ml water
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe glass bowl
  • Add oil and green Thai curry paste
  • Mix all Ingredients well and microwave for 1 min at maximum temperature
  • Add broccoli florets, cauliflower, prawns, diced mushroom and kaffir lime
  • Add 1 stalk chopped lemongrass, 8-10 basil leaves, sugar and coconut milk in the mixture
  • Add water and mix all the ingredients well
  • Seal with cling wrap
  • Microwave for 5 mins at maximum temperature
  • Serve hot with steamed rice
