Ingredients

  • 200 gms corn on the cob
  • 20 tbsp butter
  • 10 gms parmesan cheese
  • 1 spring onion chopped
  • 1 pinch paprika powder
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Black salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe glass bowl
  • Place whole corn in its husks which is dipped in water
  • Microwave for 2 min at maximum temperature
  • Apply butter, lemon, black salt, paprika, parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped spring onion
