Ingredients

  • 1 cup daliya
  • 2 gms chopped garlic
  • 25 gms chopped onions
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 whole red chilli
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 15 gms diced carrots
  • 15 gms green peas
  • 15 gms chopped green capsicum
  • 12 gms corn kernels
  • tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave proof glass bowl
  • Add ghee, bayleaf, red chilli, chopped garlic, chopped onions
  • Microwave for 3 mins at maximum temperature
  • Stir in between
  • Now add all the vegetables, roasted daliya, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, water and mix it well
  • Seal with cling wrap
  • Microwave for 15 mins at maximum temperature and mix it well
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve
