Ingredients

  • 100 gms oats
  • 20 gms pista
  • 20 gms raisins
  • 20 gms coconut powder
  • 20 gms cashews
  • 25 gms almond flakes
  • 25 gms sesame seeds
  • 25 gms brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 15 gms unsalted butter
  • 50 gms honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 pinch sea salt
  • Parchment paper

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe bowl
  • Add oats, pista and cashew to it and microwave for 5 mins
  • In another microwave safe bowl add honey, butter and brown sugar and microwave for 2 minutes
  • In the dry ingredient bowl add coconut powder, almond flakes, cinnamon powder, raisins, sesame seeds, vanilla essence, sea salt, and melted honey and butter mixture
  • Combine it all well together and transfer it to a flat bowl. Press it all down to make it flat from the top (use a parchment paper, as that will make it easy to remove from the bowl)
  • Microwave it one last time for 2 minutes
  • Let it cool and set. Cut into pieces and enjoy the healthy snack
