Ingredients

  • 60 gms green beans sprouts
  • 60 gms black gram sprouts
  • 30 gms chopped tomatoes
  • 30 gms chopped onions
  • 5 gms chopped coriander
  • 5 gms chopped mint
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp water

Steps

  • Take a microwave oven proof glass bowl
  • Add sprouts, water, turmeric powder, salt
  • Seal the bowl with cling wrap
  • Microwave for 3 mins at maximum temperature and stir in between
  • Add rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Sprinkle salt, chat masala and squeeze lemon
  • Garnish with mint, spring onions and lemon and serve
