Ingredients

  • 250 gms chicken curry cut
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 6 tbsp tomato pure
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tbsp kaju paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe glass bowl
  • Marinate chicken curry cut with ginger garlic paste
  • Add oil, salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder in it
  • Add tomato puree, kaju paste, garam masala and sugar
  • Add chopped coriander and keep in the fridge for 20 mins
  • Take the marinated chicken and add water
  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Seal with cling wrap
  • Microwave for 12 mins at maximum temperature
  • Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves
