Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 10 cashew nut paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi dry
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 50 gms carrot
  • 5 fresh beans chopped
  • 50 gms cauliflower
  • 20 gms green peas
  • 1 cup water
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take microwave oven- proof glass bowl
  • Add oil, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and salt
  • Mix well and microwave for 2 minutes to create the masala
  • Add vegetables, cashewnut paste, tomato puree, butter, cream, honey, kasuri methi, water and seal with cling wrap
  • Microwave for 5 minutes
  • Remove the cling wrap carefully
  • Serve hot
