Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tsp jeera
  • 2 black cardamom
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 javitri (mace)
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 20 gms sliced onions
  • 10 gms green peas
  • 25 gms potatoes
  • 1.5 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take microwave oven- proof glass bowl
  • Add oil,jeera, onions sliced and khada masalas
  • Mix well and microwave for 2 minutes
  • Now add vegetables, rice, salt and seal with cling wrap and puncture holes on it before putting it in the microwave
  • Microwave for 5 minutes
  • Take out the bowl and remove the cling wrap
  • Serve hot
