Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked rice
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 15 gms raisins
  • 10 gms cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 40 gms sugar
  • 1 tsp saffron water
  • 3 drops of kewra water

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe bowl
  • Add all the ingredients together in the bowl and give it a stir
  • Cover tightly with a cling wrap
  • Microwave for 20 minutes (max)
  • Remove from microwave
  • Serve hot or cold with chopped almonds as garnish
