Ingredients

  • 100 gms soak poha
  • 20 gms green peas
  • 15 gms roasted peanuts
  • 15 gms cashew nuts
  • 3 gms mustard seeds
  • 2 gms cumin seeds
  • 20 gms chopped onions
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 2 gms green chillies
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 20 gms grated coconut
  • 2 gms red chilli powder
  • 2 gms turmeric powder
  • 20 gms desi ghee
  • 20 gms coconut oil
  • 1 tsp water
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe glass bowl
  • Add desi ghee, chopped onions, green chillies,cumin seeds and mustard seeds
  • Add curry leaves, green peas, roasted peanuts and cashew nuts
  • Microwave for 2 mins at maximum temperature
  • Add moist & soaked poha in it
  • Add turmeric powder, salt to taste, red chilli powder, grated coconut and lemon juice
  • Mix it well
  • Seal with cling wrap Microwave for 1 min at maximum temperature
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
