  • Black salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe bowl
  • Add lotus seeds and ghee together, mix it well
  • Microwave the ingredients for 1 minute (max)
  • Remove and mix the ingredients
  • Microwave the ingredients for another 1 minute (max)
  • Sprinkle the black salt and mix well
  • Healthy lotus seed are ready for your munching
