Ingredients

  • 200 gms boiled potato cubes
  • 10 gms ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 40 ml oil
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 whole dry red chilli
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbs kasundi mustard
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take microwave oven- proof glass bowl
  • Marinate the boiled potato cubes with kasundi, oil, salt, turmeric, red chilli
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes
  • Take microwave oven- proof glass bowl and add oil, red chilli whole, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and microwave for 1 minute
  • Now add marinated potatoes, tomato puree, coconut milk and water.
  • Seal it with cling wrap and microwave for another 4 minutes
  • Stir in between
  • Remove the cling wrap and serve hot
