Ingredients

  • Tamarind pulp
  • 125ml Water
  • 60 grams Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 3-4 Peppercorns
  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • 4-6 Curry leaves
  • Salt To taste
  • ½ tablespoon Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Rasam Powder

Steps

  • In a bowl, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, peppercorns, curry leaves
  • Place the dish inside the oven
  • Press Snacks on your magicook pro to select Sn 01
  • Select the number of servings by pressing Serves 2/4
  • Press Start
  • When the oven starts to beep, remove the bowl from the oven
  • In the same bowl, add vegetables, tamarind, garlic, rasam powder, salt, water and coriander
  • Mix and place the bowl back in the oven
  • Press Start
  • Serve hot with pappadums
