Ingredients

  • 200 gms prawns (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 12 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  • Take a microwave safe glass bowl
  • Add olive oil, chopped garlic and chilli flakes
  • Microwave for 2 mins at maximum temperature
  • Add peeled prawns, chopped parsley, salt to taste and lemon juice
  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Seal with cling wrap
  • Microwave for 2.5 mins at maximum temperature
