Ingredients

  • 200 grams Capsicums
  • 150 grams Paneer
  • 30 grams Onions, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Green Chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ⅛ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ⅓ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ⅓ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • ⅓ teaspoon Dry Mango powder
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Steps

  • Mix together the grated paneer, spices, salt, onions, green chillies and ginger.
  • Stuff the stuffing into the scooped out capsicums.
  • Place the stuffed capsicums on a microwave safe dish.
  • Place the dish inside the oven.
  • Press Vegetables and Curry six times on your magicook pro to select SA 06.
  • Select the number of servings by pressing Serves 2/4.
  • Press Start.
  • Remove from the oven when it displays End.
  • Allow to stand covered for 10 minutes before serving and serve hot.
