2. Timeline commitment is valid for deliverable city municipal limits only where products are deliverable as per the Website.
3. Installation is subject to business working days and business working hours of the Company.
4. Upon delivery of the Product, the customer will receive a call from the Authorized Service Partner (ASP) to fix an appointment for installation.
5. Installation timeline will start and will happen within 24hours from the time the call is received by the customer after delivery of the product to fix the appointment time. Timelines will also depend upon the appointment time given by the customer.
6. Company will not be responsible for the delay if the phone number provided by the customer is not reachable or is not correct.
7. Installation charges as applicable will be payable by the customer.
8. Site readiness from the customer side would be required which include additional arrangements required to complete the installation such as power-point/MCB fitting or any other electrical work etc. Company will not be responsible for any delay on the part of the customer in this regard.
9. If the installation site is found not to be appropriate by the ASP’s engineer, he will suggest a suitable alternate site option for installation. However, customer’s demand will be addressed appropriately.
10. In case of abnormal location of installation, arrangements like ladder, staircase, tables etc. would be required and will be arranged by the customer only. This may lead to delay in installation.
11. If any additional material is required and the customer wants to procure by himself, delay in procurement may further delay the completion of installation.

1. Requests for return can be made and acceptable only for the product purchased from Whirlpool website [https://www.whirlpoolindia.com/].
2. Requests for return to be made only through email within the return window of 7 days from the date and time of the delivery. Mail should be sent only to wstore@whirlpool.com for any return related request. No other means of communication will be accepted.
3. Return will be processed only if:
1. we determine that the product is not damaged while in your possession;
2. the product is not different from what we shipped to you;
3. you return the product in its original condition with all parts intact (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, packaging, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
4. Customer has the original invoice.
4. Please inspect the product at the time of delivery. Please do not start using the product in case of any external damage/defect and inform the Company. Once the product has been used, external damage/defect, if found, will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
5. After the Product return request is made, the decision to refund or replace the Product will be made after mutual discussion between the Customer and the Whirlpool.
6. Refund or Replacement will be processed within 30 days from the date of pick up of the Product.
7. Replacement or refund timelines are subject to business working days and business working hours of the Company.

After customer escalation to Customer care,In case customer asks for a visit to resolve his/her issue,WPL engineer or service person will visit the customer same day,Applicable only on D2C customers
Same day visit by Authorized Service Engineer/Technician on a complaint registered by a Customer is applicable only for the Customer who has purchased a product from Whirlpool website [https://www.whirlpoolindia.com/].
An eligible Customer should raise and get a complaint registered at Whirlpool’s toll free number 1800-208-1800 on a working day and during working timings (10AM to6PM).
A complaint registered by the eligible Customer before 16:00 hours on any working day will be entitled for same day visit by the Authorized Service Engineer/Technician.
Same day visit commitment is valid only for city municipal limits where products are deliverable as per the Website.
Same day visit is subjected to business working days and business working hours of the Company.
Same Day visit Commitment is subject to the appointment time given by the customer. If a customer asks for a visit at a different time or another day, the same day visit claim will not be applicable.
Upon registration of the complaint, the eligible customer will receive a call from the Authorized Service Engineer/Technician to confirm the visit.
Company will not be responsible for the delay if the phone number provided by the Customer is not reachable or is not correct.
Same day visit is subject to state, national, local & weekly market holiday and any order issued by appropriate government/authority resulting in close down, curfew, lockdown etc.
